Chemical Peel
The variety and effectiveness of chemical peels make them one of the most important tools in skin rejuvenation and the treatment of medical and non-medical skin conditions such as wrinkles, scars, sun damage and pigmentation. Chemical peels refer to the application of different types of chemicals to the skin in order to peel its outer layers. In addition to skin rejuvenation, there are many other indications why Dr Fam may recommend a chemical peel. These include age spots, sun damage, pigmentation, acne, scars and fine lines and wrinkles.
Dr Fam uses pure (Non-buffered) acids to perform chemical peels.

- No down time.
- No flaking after the peel.
- The peel goes deep into the skin beyond the Stratum Cornium.
- The discomfort is minimal.
